Lyndie Land FAQ – Made-to-Order Garments
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is handmade and tailored to your exact measurements and specifications. Standard production time is 3–5 weeks. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee standard shipping delivery sooner than 6 weeks.
2. Can I request my order sooner?
Yes! You can select Rush Shipping during checkout. We offer two rush options:

7-Day Rush: Shipped 7 days after payment, plus 2–3 business days for shipping.

14-Day Rush: Shipped 14 days after payment, plus 2–3 business days for shipping.
After selecting rush shipping, you must email your order ID, full name, and event date to studio@lyndieland.com to secure your deadline. Orders without a specified deadline will ship according to our standard rush schedule.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! International shipping is available for $29 and typically takes 1 month plus 6 days shipping depending on order volume. We also ship to US Army APO addresses. International rush orders can be delivered in as little as 2 weeks.
4. How do I provide my measurements?
Accurate measurements are crucial. Please measure:
- Bust: Fullest part of your bust line.

Waist: Smallest part of your waist (don’t suck in)

Hips: Fullest part of your hips/butt.
Measuring tapes can be found at Walmart, JoAnn’s, or Michael’s for around $1, or you can have a seamstress measure you for free. If you are unsure, email studio@lyndieland.com with your pant size and a photo, and we can help estimate your measurements.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. American Express is not accepted. For custom items, payments can also be arranged directly through studio@lyndieland.com.
6. Can I customize an existing design?
Yes! Minor customizations are free. Simply add your requests in the “Custom Requests” field before adding the item to your cart. For complex customizations, additional charges may apply, and we will invoice you.
7. Can I request a completely new design?
Yes. Custom designs start at $599+. Creating new patterns and garments is time-intensive, so this service is priced accordingly.
8. Do you offer alterations?
Yes! All Lyndie Land pieces include 100% free alterations:

Garments must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days.

Only one alteration per item is included; additional alterations may incur labor charges.

9. What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our garments:

No refunds or exchanges are offered.

Deposits and custom orders are non-refundable.

We strongly encourage ordering with enough time to use our free alterations if needed.
10. How do deposits and payments work for custom items?

Minimum deposit: $250

Full payment must be completed before production starts.

Completion date is 5 weeks after full payment.
11. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed automatically. If you haven’t received it, email studio@lyndieland.com with the subject “Track Package” and your order ID or full name.
12. Can I see fabric colors before ordering?
Yes, email studio@lyndieland.com to request photos of fabric samples.
13. I’m having technical issues on the website. What should I do?
Email a description of the issue to studio@lyndieland.com and we will assist you promptly.
